Sampling, Packaging & Shipping

Samples

Samples are available for product evaluation and project approval. Sample pricing is higher than bulk unit pricing and is quoted separately. Sampling typically starts from 7 days after requirements are confirmed; complex colour development, special glazes or new moulds may require additional time.

Handcrafted variation

Small variations in shape, glaze, texture and colour are part of the character of handcrafted ceramics. Before bulk production, approved specifications and acceptable variation should be confirmed with our team.

Packaging

Packaging is reviewed according to the product shape, quantity, destination and sales channel. Standard export packing and custom packaging can be discussed during quotation. Carton size, pieces per carton and gross weight are confirmed before freight is quoted.

Shipping

We currently quote primarily on an EXW basis and can work with your appointed forwarder. FOB or other shipping arrangements can be reviewed case by case. Shipping, duties and taxes are quoted separately and are not included unless stated in the formal quotation.

If damage occurs in transit, contact us promptly with order details, outer-carton photos, packing photos and clear images of the damaged item. We will review the evidence and propose a practical resolution.
