We work with interior designers, boutique retailers, importers, hospitality and styling projects, and home brands looking for handcrafted ceramic decor or custom development.

Flexible MOQ is available for selected designs. Custom orders are evaluated by form, finish, packaging and production requirements before quantity and price are confirmed.

Yes. Samples are available for evaluation and project approval. Sample pricing is higher than bulk unit pricing and freight is quoted separately.

Sampling usually starts from 7 days. Complex colour development, special finishes or mould requirements may take longer. Timing is confirmed after the brief is reviewed.

Depending on feasibility, we can review form, size, colour, glaze, surface treatment, logo, labelling and selected packaging. You may begin with an existing piece or share a new design direction.

Prices are reviewed by product, quantity, finish, packaging and order requirements. Samples and bulk quantities are quoted separately; public website prices are not treated as final trade quotations.

Our current trade experience is primarily EXW. We work with freight partners and can review FOB or other arrangements after the destination, quantity and packing details are known. Shipping, duties and taxes are quoted separately.

Packaging is reviewed according to the product shape, size, quantity and destination. Custom packaging can be evaluated as part of a project. We do not claim unverified drop-test performance.

Contact us promptly with the order reference, outer-carton photos, internal packaging photos and clear photos of the affected pieces. We will review the case and discuss the appropriate resolution.
