UK standard delivery is free and already included in the product price. Orders are carefully prepared and packed for ceramic items. Estimated delivery time is usually 7–15 business days after processing.

For international orders outside the UK, delivery cost and timing may vary by destination. If you need express shipping, bulk delivery or delivery to a remote area, please contact us before placing your order.

If your ceramic piece arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging and outer box. Please keep the original packaging while we review the issue.

Returns are handled according to our store refund policy. Items should be unused, in their original condition and safely packed before being returned. Because ceramic pieces are fragile and individually finished, return shipping arrangements should be confirmed with us before sending an item back.
